The 1/2" Push 'N' Connect Boiler Drain is the easiest way to install a new or replacement hose bibb. The valve is perfect for potable water and hydronic applications where a shut-off is needed. The outlet side is a 3/4" garden hose connection and the multi-turn handle allows for easy on/off operation. Push 'N' Connect fittings are the fastest, cleanest and simplest way to join combinations of copper, CPVC, PE-RT and PEX pipe without the use of tools, solder, open flame or glue. Simply insert the pipe to allow the stainless steel teeth to grip the pipe securely while the specially designed O-ring compresses to create a perfectly tight seal. Fitting removal and reuse is just as simple using a simple disconnect clip (sold separately). After assembly, fittings may be rotated for simpler installation in tight spaces. All Push 'N' Connect fittings are approved for use in both potable water and hydronic heating piping systems. Push 'N' Connect fittings are certified as a manufactured joint for behind-the-wall applications without access panels.
