This 100 Amp, 600V max. overhead socket meter with hub features an enclosure formed from 16 gauge electro-galvanized steel finished in baked grey enamel and four jaws that consist of two formed copper parts tin plated and rigidly fastened to the cable lugs. Positive pressure is maintained with the addition of a "U" shaped steel wire spring. The meter base is electrical grade dry press grey porcelain designed to rigidly hold the jaws in alignment, yet resist breakage. Knockouts include: top: 1-1/4" hub; concentric knockouts: 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 2"; bottom: 1; sides: 1; and back: 1. Dimensions are 14-1/2"H x 8"W x 4-1/8"D.
