Bamboo is 16% harder than maple making this board less susceptible to bacterial growth, more hygienic and easier to clean. One side has a well and groove to catch juices while carving and slicing. The opposite side is flat so the entire surface may be used as a cutting or serving board.

• 10cm wide finger grip groove insert cut into both ends of the board for easy lifting
• Four pads on each corner of the board are included; these pads are made of silicone to help prevent slipping when the board is in use
