Ideal for exterior applications, the sealant is rain-ready in 30 minutes and offers 10-year product protection against mold and mildew growth. Our sealant is 40% more flexible than Class 25 sealants and has 5X stronger adhesion than our Silicone 1* sealant. This sealant also has a low odour thanks to its neutral-cure formula, and it won’t discolour most high-end metal finishes such as chrome, bronze, and nickel.
